DIGEST versus REGULAR list membership This is the regular version of the list. This means that you will receive a separate e-mail message for each message sent by a member of the list participating in the discussion. If you prefer, you can have a single e-mail message delivered to you at most once daily. This "digest" message would contain all the footbag discussions for a given day (if any). The digest is available if you join the list "footbag-digest@footbag.org".
